i'd be happy to! i didn't write exact measurements though
about a cup of almonds (half soaked for an hour/half unsoaked)
Honey - enough so that it starts to come together
2 dates
Cinnamon to taste
A little bit of grated ginger
blend with food processor until it 'clumps' together
shape as desired
freeze (optional!)
they are very yummy! :D

:D I'm overjoyed that you are posting the recipe.
You have no idea how hard it is when you're out shopping and seeing all the different bars, they look so good but you know you won't be buying them.
With this recipe i can make these and keep these in the freezer and know that i have a treat to look forward to when i get home.
Thank you for making these and for posting the picture and for taking the time to post the recipe, you're so sweet :) :) .

Thanks for the instructions! These do look good. Would you please tell me if they fall apart or melt in the hand while the are being eaten? Or do you have to eat fast so they are still cold enough to stay firm?

doubleg- they were firm when i was eating them (from honey, i guess), but that was right out of the freezer, so i guess it would depend on how long it takes you to eat them. But they did seem quite firm.
Bethanie - oh i know! i never really ate bars before i was raw, but they seem like a nice lunch for school and such. You could add dried fruit to it, too!

ohhhh...see this is what i was asking for yesterday (nut bars). I guess what I have been craving is Marzipan and I had a nut bar from Wysong that was soooo delicious but probably wasn't RAW (maybe organic, but not RAW).
This is wonderful...it gives me direction. :)
I guess we can also use other nuts like cashews or walnuts?
And as far as the dried fruit goes, cranberries would go great wouldn't they?
