Matter of Flax

I've tried the Italian flax crackers and the Matter of Flax Hummus and they taste FABULOUS but are really expensive! I'm at work and don't have my books handy, but do you guys know where to find good flax cracker and hummus recipes. I think Alissa's book has some, but I'll have to look it up when I get home.

Anyone have any favorites?

Recommend a good brand of tahini to make some?
