I'm new too. If you click on the banana (for search) you can find many wonderful recipes. It helps to start a journal, and I had a hard time finding the link and it was right in front of me the whole time! At the top of each page it says 'Post your photo', 'Click here for instructions on posting photos and journaling'. I just started my journal today. Check out the various links. The recipe link is super helpful, because they are all tried and true recipes. Alissa's book is awesome! That's the first recipe book you want to order. Good luck on your journey! I've been about 90% raw for the last few weeks and went 100% raw today. I feel wonderful!

Welcome welcome welcomeeat raw, it's really that simple
okay, so it's a bit more complicated
go to the store, buy the fruits and veggies that you like
take them home and eat them, then repeat
you can make all kinds of fancy stuff too, if you like, but this can be the easiest way to eat on the planet, just eat raw fruits and veggies nuts and seeds, easy!

Very simple i like that part about it alot, the only thing i'm going to have to get used to is "PLANING" i mean like having nuts soaked and things dehydrating!! it'sa not bad thing it's just going to take some geting used to thats all!!!!!!!!
