Wow! I second that! That looks like actual "dairy" cheesecake. Even better that it's raw. :D Could you please tell us your recipe source?

Thanks guys! I do a TON of reading recipes, creating recipes and collecting of recipes from all over the place so I can't tell you exactly where I got this one from..

I tried creating a cheesecake recipe without the coconut oil, as I live in South Island New Zealand and had never seen coconut oil here. (My local healthfood store has never heard of cacao, so we're a little behind on the times!)

It sure is an amazing recipe! My boyfriend's father has been pestering me ever since he tried this cheescake (2 months ago) to make another! He has made me promise to bring one to this weeks "friday night family dinner!" I'm gonna get the supplies for it today! It's so exciting to see others really excited about raw food :)
