Almost every time I eat raw nuts (soaked or not), I get very warm almost to the point of sweating. Has anybody else had this experience? I don't eat nuts a whole lot, but when I do... Could it be from the enzymes in the nuts from soaking them? I'm almost certain they are fresh, and I keep them in the refridgerator so I don't think they are rancid. I don't have the reaction when I eat sprouted seeds. I was just wondering if anybody else has been through this!

I never thought of an allergy - when I ate nuts that were not raw, on the SAD I never had a reaction. But who knows?

not sure, and my book hasn't arrived yet so when you say soaked is that in water? Honestly it's hard telling, were there any other symptoms?

Nuts (soaked or otherwise) may not be optimal for YOUR system. Be honest about this. I was. I have not eaten nuts in quite some time! LOL.
