Hi I was just wondering what is everyone's favorite salsa recipe? I think I would like something that has a little sweetness to it. I did make one of the raw salsas in the vitamix cookbook but it turned out a tad soupy but my 3 1/2 year old just wanted a bowl of it to eat with a spoon even though it had the serrano peppers, onions, all everything else in it. Any recipes anyone has that they love whether they're sweet or not would be greatly appreciated! THANKS :)

My Fam's FAVE salsa:
equal amounts on white onion, chopped (if you like it chunky, chop them coarsly, if not, mince them) and chopped tomatoes. Finely chop one bunch of cilantro. To this mixture, add the juice of one lemon and a sprinkling of sea salt (to taste). I like it simple, but there have been times I got a little adventurous and added chopped pineapple (to sweeten it up) or even a couple jalepenos (to spice things up a bit!!). It's awsome on it's own, but you can also just use it as a base, and add or subtract to your liking. Hope this is helpful!!!
