So I was making frosting for RP's brownies, to surprise my friend today. I used a basic frosting recipe and used an unopened jar of coconut oil (didn't have butter). Turned out the oil had gone bad; it tasted burned and awful.
So, I improvised. And it turned out rawsome!
1 little ripe banana
raw cacao nibs
raw cacao
agave to taste
dash of celtic sea salt
vanilla to taste
blend in food processor (I used the miniprep)
I didn't measure; eyeballed everything. This tastes like a delicious banana chocolate goodness that will go well on those brownies and anything else you wish to put it on or in, including your mouth! :)
