I know there have been a lot of recipes for raw spaghetti, but I just whipped up some that was fabulous. I was really hungry and too tired to do it. My sister decided that even though I don't have a spiralizer, I could just use a cheese grater. So we did. It worked great! She sliced them through the cheese grater lengthwise so the noodles were really long.
3 Servings:
Shreddedd: 3 Zucchini (Yellow, Green or Mixed) Shredded into long fettuccini noodles
Ground: 1 Cup Cauliflower ground tiny.
Chopped: 1 tomato, Mushrooms, Avocado, Pinenuts, Onion and Herbs, garlic chopped and thrown in.
Pureed: 1 Tomato and 1 celery and some herbs blended to a pulp and mixed in with everything else.
