Hi,
I have joined this forum to share ideas, successes and all the rest that goes with this lifestyle. Last year I went 100% raw for 6 weeks and have never felt better in my life. I lost 32 of the 80 pounds that I needed to lose and my skin cleared up for the first time in years. My blood pressure normalized, I slept through the night when before I had insomnia so bad I would be up for days. I could go on and on about all of the positive benefits I received from going raw. What I can't say is why I quit. After 6 weeks of loving this way of eating, I just kind of went on a binge of eating cooked food. I was so upset with myself after that, I just quit the whole thing. I have now gained all of that weight back (plus more), my skin is breaking out all the time, I just feel bad in general. So...I have committed myself to this lifestyle once again and could use some support and am more than willing to give that back to anyone who asks for it. Thanks for reading my long story and I hope to get to know you all.
