WOW! I haven't been here in awhile....wondering if any of the regulars still hang out?

I just went back on raw after a 8 month "leave of absence", and that after taking Alissa's teacher training!

anyway, I have been guided by spirit that it's time to do this 100%, forever. You know, when spirit talks, somehow everything becomes easy. I just wasn't ready before-now I am, and it's effortless.

so, just want to say, I'm SOOOOOOOOO glad to be back (so is my body! feelin' GREAT!)
