My daughter is almost 3 and is having problems with constipation. She is following in my foot steps in that department. Going raw has helped me with that but my doctor does not advice it for her. She is currently a vegetarian and that seems to help a little. Does anyone have a child that is totally raw? If so is your child healthy or lacking nutrients? Thanks so much

Ground flax sprinkled on her food may help, and it certainly wouldn't hurt.
Raw vegetables, for the most part, are high fiber foods, so the more you can get her to eat the better. And make sure she drinks a ton of water.

I was JUST going to suggest the water issue... Give her lots of fresh carrot juice, and make sure she gets lots of fresh veggies. She doesn't need to be 100% raw.
It can be hard to get kids to drink their liquids. In the summer, my mom would always feed us cheetos because they make you thirsty. If you can find some other dry food that she likes - even cheetos - that is preferably raw, it'll really help you out.
I repeat: lots of carrot juice (a glass in the morning ought to do it for her age), lots of water throughout the day (aided by cheetos if necessary, but don't waterlog her!), and fresh veggies. Who doesn't like carrots, celery, & broccoli with dip for lunch?

Do a search (banana up top) for feeding raw children. I think there has been a lot of discussion on that.

This article is good and if you click on the 2nd link at the bottom of the page, it is good with the exception that they talk about feeding cooked foods and meat, but the concept of feeding is great:

Here is another link. I don't personally agree with what's written here as I'm not one for "scheduled" feedings, but you might find some info in here that may be of help. (I do believe in the Natural Hygiene way of eating, though).

Here is a board where you can talk to other mothers who are feeding their babies raw foods:

Hope these help.
