Just saw your stats. Way to go! You've just about reached your goal!!
Hey Thanks a lot for noticing! It is really encouraging when people notice. What is funny is I am down 44 pounds and I have had very few people (who know me in person) even comment. I am wondering do I have to lose 100 pounds for people to really notice?? I don't know if that is good or bad. I guess just humorous! :) Thanks again!

Morn, I think sometimes people don't mention weight loss b/c they really don't want to call attention to it. Or often its because they themselves are overweight, and dont want to calla ttention to that.
I know I've done that even. Not mentioned a colleagues weight-loss b/c I didn't know her that well and b/c I myself was so large and unhappy about it at the time...
But congratulations! Your accomplishment is so awesome!!

Ditto to what jessierob said. I know I've dropped weight (I don't weigh myself - yet - but my clothes are falling off) but very few have said anything directly to me. Plus, I think a lot of focus is often placed on weight (as opposed to inches).
Huge kudos to you!!! =)

I lost almost 60 pounds the first time I went raw. People noticed, but I felt uncomfortable at all the compliments and lauding, and sudden attention from people who used to otherwise not seek me out for conversation. And then ALL they wanted to talk about was this or that diet. Then, off raw, I gained weight, and those same people vanished again haha. Funny how people are sometimes.
I mean, I like seeking out places such as this forum which is actually set up to talk about raw eating and lifestyle, but heh :) But in my every day life, I just want to be myself, not a body size.
I'm hoping when I release the rest of my weight and I'm slim and fit permanently, it'll get to be old enough news so that people can see beyond it. :D
