For me, it's the deviled "egg" spread in romaine leaves. Can't wait!

For me it is Alissa's Indian Spinach Dip spread on cucumber circles with celery sticks to dip into and a small side dish of grape tomatoes. Can hardly wait for lunchtime.

Went to Yabba Pot in Baltimore and had Skai's rocking raw food. The Earth Bowl, with three sides of my choice: Raw curried okra, curried spinach, and a tomato/hearts of palm salad, all over mixed greens with snap peas, bean sprouts, carrots and more. Delish!!

I sort of snacked for lunch today. I had some of my home made flax/date/raisin crackers and some almonds. Then I had a cup of Jasmine white tea (obviously not raw.) My lunches are usually big salads with sprouts.

I had the onion bread (got the recipe from this forum), topped with the "mock egg salad" (another recipe from this forum!), also put some lettuce, sprouts and sliced tomato on it. Where would I be without the recipes on this forum? I would be eating paper, prolly!

Well, last night was eggplant roll-ups with the spinach stuffing from Alissa's eggplant roulade, the nut cheese from another recipe, and topped with the marinara sauce. I mention this because Momma made EXTRA of the spinach filling. Sooo...

Today, I used some of the spinach filling thinned out a bit with ACV as the dressing for a carrot/celery/tomato salad which will go into romaine lettuce leaves for lunch today. ummmm....can't wait 'til lunch time!

I'm full from breakfast right now. I'll probably have a big salad for a later lunch with Alissa's dressing. Can I tell ya'll what I had for breakfast just now? A creamy choc. shake. I took the water from one Thai coconut (there wasn't any meat though), two frozen bananas, 1Tbsp. raw cacao powder and agave nectar to taste. Mixed it up in the Vitamix and am SO full and satisfied right now and I am FINALLY starting to feel awake! Had to be up at 5:30 am this morning and have been dragging until that shake!

Lunch for today will be a large green salad with red leaf lettuce and romaine, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, raisins, pinenuts, and Alissa's Dressing. I plan to make Alissa's Broccomole (I've never tried it before!) so I'll have some of that with Flax Crackers. Yummy lunch!

Lunch for me was a lovely collard wrap with walnut taco meat, avocado and chunky tomato sauce.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm was it GOOD.

Unfortunately, I then had chocolate pudding woes.... :( I had read about using citric acid to prevent browning, so I picked some up and thought I'd throw a bit into my avocado chocolate pudding so it stayed pretty... well, apparently I threw in a bit too much and my pudding turned out... well... "tangy." *sigh*
Anybody know of a solution for this? I tried adding more cocoa, more stevia, more agave.... still tangy.
And trust me, tangy chocolate pudding is somehow just WRONG.

But I'm still so pleased with my collard wrap that I'm bouncing around the house despite my pudding woes.
