I've heard on and off about banana milk. It sounds good. What is it? Just nanners and water? I'd sure appreciate your recipes! :)

Yes it is just water and bananas well that's what I do anyway, I use it for raw oatmeal or granola its great and it cuts down on ones nut consumption too.
I hope this helps.

karenbeel - What ratio of bananas:water do you use? Also, do you use fresh ripe or frozen bananas when you make it? TIA!

Hi Shine72 I haven't ever measured the water to tell you the truth. What I normally do is just take one fresh ripe unfrozen banana and put it in my vitamix add a little water to it to get the right consistency and for me I like it a little thicker but certainly not to watery. So I would just play with the mix and see what you like best. I hope that this helps.

Hi Mysticalwoman, to tell you the truth i really don't know because I just make the amount on a need to use basis. I'm so sorry I don't have the answer to how long it will keep in the refridgerator but it's a good opportunity to experiment :) although I do know that the banana will start to turn a kind of brownish color after a while just nature. Anyway i hope this helps. Take care
