I am wondering if, and I think I kind of queried this before, when you sprout something it becomes a vegetable. I am wondering this as some days the only veg or fruits I want are green smoothies and a large salad, otherwise I munch on the sprouted grain products a create in the dehydrator. I am working on using less grains, but if theyare sprouted, are the something new? (gog, this is getting anal!!LOL!)

I read that buckwheat, botanically, is not a grain though used as one - but it's really a fruit. It's not a grass like other grains but rather is a plant crop.
