How long do these recipes last?

I made the onion dip and zucchini hummus (alissas recipes) last week, just wondering long do these dips usually stay good for?

Max five days and that's pushing it. I'd say more like three. You figure, they are living, fresh and will go bad way more quickly then the preservative induced SAD immitations.
