Hi Razzleberry,

I'm honored that you want my recipe - being the newbie that I am. :)
My problem is that I kind of created it as I went along, so don't have an exact recipe. I'll give it to you as best I can.

Crust:
Soaked cashews
Shredded, dried coconut
Agave nectar
dash of sea salt

I had a fairly thin crust, so that it enhanced but didn't overpower the pudding filling.

For the chocolate layer, I used the Chocolate Pudding recipe from The Raw Table - http://www.therawtable.com/recipecoll/chocpudd.htm

I let it set until firm, then added raspberry layer and chilled it until set.

As best I remember, the raspberry layer was:

Soaked cashews - probably about 1 cup
Fresh raspberries - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Raw Honey
Agave nectar
Coconut Oil - 1 Tbls
Vanilla - 1 tsp

Few raspberries and a strawberry leaf for garnish. (A mint leaf would be nicer, I think, but I didn't have any on hand.)

I'm sorry I can't give you exact measurements but I think this is close to what I used. Be creative and I'm sure it will come out fine for you!
