My head feels like it has a vice in it. I didn't realize that the spaghetti sauce my new roommate fixed had meat...

I've been meatless for nearly a month...next time, I will fix my own spaghetti sauce:eek:.

I finally got Food Stamps, so I can now be Raw...without having to depend on anyone for food.

I attached a picture of what I'm going to eat for the day. Not much, but better than nothing:D.

Increase your water intake to flush that crap out of you. If you have access some to some fruit, use some of that spinach, water and the fruit to make a couple of green smoothies...and don't eat what your roommate fixes :p

I don't have a blender...only my Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. I'll make some juice and flush that dead stuff out:eek:.

I feel better not eating meat. Everytime I look at some, I have this cold, detached feeling...as far I'm concerned, it's not food.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Build your diet around bananas. They are super cheap. Shop at produce stands and produce and ethnic stores as much as possible. They are much cheaper. Make friends with the owners/produce managers and let them know that you are on a budget and are interested in purchasing their "un-sellable" produce. You can get great deals that way. I often get bananas at 10cents per lb this way. They are pretty ripe, but I use them up quickly.

All the best,

I do all of my food shopping at King Kullen. Organic bananas cost $0.99 a pound. Regular ones cost $0.69 a pound.

I don't have a blender, but an Oster Commericial Bar Mixer. I haven't tried to make smoothies with it....not sure if I can...but I will try it out and see what happens.
