Do I have to soak all ray nuts befor I use them in a recipe or eat? I have raw almonds, raw cashews and raw sunflower kernells. After I soak them what do I do if not using right away? Do I drain them and put them back in a storage container? DO I dehydrate them? Do the nuts have to be dehydtated before using in a flour recipe or can I grind them after soaking them?
