Just wanted to that thank you to Alissa + Tyra for having the show concerning weight loss. I was so thrilled that recently in May I became veg. So she is my current role model. I recently bought her book and am thrilled to start changing my life to where I need it to be. Full of energy + the positive nutrients + vitamins that my body needs! if anyone has any recommendations, recipes, or would like to share a story please do! I would like to say hello! + truly looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!!
