Can anyone help me find the Mock Egg salad recipe? I searched & could not find it.

I dunno if others will agree, but here's what I use (it's about the texture to me):
spicy brown mustard
I put it in the food processor and then serve on (raw)bread or a romaine leaf with a little more brown mustard, etc.

Ok...first of all, I think I lived & went to heaven. I just made the Egg Salad (amazing...it taste just like deviled eggs) & put it on the Meditaranian Almond Bread (YUM...the BEST) with tomato, onion, 1/2 sliced avocado, & romaine. It was soooo great. RAW is the best. I feel like I eat more of a variety now than when I ate the SAD diet.

The best thing...it is good for 5 days in the fridge. Lucky me!!

Mine never makes it that long! It can also be thinned and used as a dressing for a salad, which I've done and taken w/me when going out to eat somewhere.
