Help! Newbie and need good salad dressing.

I am new and I need a good salad dressing. One that is not sour(NO VINEGAR). Yuck!I am type2 diab. and cant have sugary.(honey etc.) Preferably creamy.A little vingr. is okay as long as I can't taste it. Help.
