I would like to start sprouting my own sunflower sprouts but I was curious what kind of soil is the best to use and where I should get it.
Thanks!

hi vgloveforlife ,
to me the richest soil would be from someones garden that compost , i get mine from my garden and its gigantically better then when i grew stuff in bagged topsoil bought from the store .
and maybe this helps , i like using plastic dish pans (dark in color as opposed to white to hide the dirt smudges) to grow my sprouts in because their sturdy durable and easy to throw around , plus stack nice for storage . i just buy the cheap ones at a dollar store .
and rain water is alot better for your sprouts than tap water .
goodday :)
