any really nice ideas for citrus?

In the middle of our Canadian winter, my friend just brought me some super-fresh citrus from Florida. I have key limes, Meyer lemons, and a bunch of red grapefruit.

Any recipes or food ideas?

you could make maraw's lemon chewies with the lemons....and id say have a nice big glass of grapefruit/orange juice :)

Mmmm I would make roll ups with them! Yum yum. A tangy roll up is a nice treat when you want something other than salty or sweet!

I think Trinity means drying it in the dehydrator to make a tangy fruit leather?

Red grapefruit is my personal obsession at the mo. I jewel them and eat them with blueberries and other fruit, or add the juice of one to a juice blend...also add the pieces to a green salad with fresh herbs...a sorbet could be nice with all the citrus...

Lucky you. If you want something simple, can't beat juicing the grapefruit
(reamer) and enjoying. Juice some lime (reamer) and mix with the juice of a couple apples (juicer) for some fantastic lemonade.

If you want something more complex to show off the fantastic produce, RFRW has a red grapefruit, avocado and fennel salad that looks delicious. Think I remember seeing a lime tart on Green Chefs that would do justice to the key limes you have.
