Stuffed Red Peppers in the Dehydrator?

I'm thinking I'd like to make a stuffed red pepper entree tonight for me and my husband. He's been a trooper trying raw stuff... thought it'd be cool to have something warm for him come out of the dehydrator for dinner tonight. He doesn't eat mushrooms. But would a red or other pepper stuffed with stuff and warmed in there work? Or will it shrink up?

You can stuff it with refried beans or the jalepeno popper filling, and just let it sit for a couple of hours not overnight cause it will shrivel eeewww. you could also stuff em with pesto, I've done all the above.....yum

They do shrink up a tad. You can use any pate for the filling and they are marvelous.
