I have looked at this recipe so many times, and thought it sounded good, but haven't made it yet.
What exactly is tapenade? Is it a spread?

Yep. It's a spread - I plan to try it on the onion bread I'm making right now. I didn't use as much olive oil as she recommends - but still came out delicious. I was skeptical about adding the mint, but it gives it something special. REALLY easy to make.
