Sunflower Chokes???

What do you all know about, have you experienced, anyone ever juiced or just eaten them, Sunflower Chokes?
Just picked some up from the grocer and am so very curious! ;)

Sunchokes are also known as Jeruselem artichokes.. they are similar to jicama, often ised instead of potatoes. They can definately be eaten raw, they mix well in a sweet, sour or savory salad or eat them like an apple.
