starting all over

it's been a while sence i've been here. everything was going great until 3 moths ago... then everything fell apart. started eating cooked food again. :( i think stress has something to do with it. because ever sence my husband left for bacic training (in the Army) i started eating cooked food.. anyway, i am starting over again. and hopefully suprise him when he gets back in june. wish me luck :D

You just get back on the wagon and start again.
