Sorry if this has been discussed a million times before.
Has anyone tried freezing these recipes and do they come out ok?? Or are they not as good/ruined/different?

I froze a strawberry/banana/avocado pudding recently and it was disgusting when it defrosted.

I only freeze fruits because I don't like the way meals taste when they thaw out. Nothing is as good as fresh.. not to me anyway :D

RAWvolution's Famous Onion Bread freezes very well. I agree though about the other meals. They lose something when frozen and then thaw...

Bobbie, hopefully RawPriestess will chime in. I think of her as the freezing queen. :) She freezes a lot of recipes, and I know the pesto-stuffed mushrooms you have listed above is something she has in freezer a lot. I don't know if the quality or taste is affected, but hopefully she'll see your thread. Freezing recipes is something I've been thinking a lot about lately because sometimes I need something quick and it would be nice if I could just take something out of the freezer and pop in the dehydrator. So I've been thinking about doing this, but haven't tried it yet. I have a big freezer in the basement with nothing in it since I threw out all the meat and other nasty, SAD foods we don't eat anymore. There's literally NOTHING in it, LOL.

I have been freezing a lot of foods:
Flax crackers-seems to keep them really crispy
Raw meatloaf patties/burger patties
dehydrated raw cheeses-to use in dips-or sprinkle on salads
avocado-with some lime when I do not have time to make gauc
fresh fruits when I do not have the time to eat up-esp..mango/pineapple/banana...
My fresh tomatoes from last summer that I grew-washed-pulse chopped & froze-they are awesome right now! :D :)
can't even remember all right now, but the point is..how fun it is to pull out a meatloaf pattie & some raw bread/pita, put in dehyrator to warm &
~VIOLA~...a great raw *gourmet meal... :D
