i just wanted to kno, the raw diet is a great diet to start i kno, but will it make me gain or maintain my weight? im tring to lose about 30 pounds and i want to find a healthy permanent lifestyle. I was a vegan, but was forced to let that o and soon after that i gained on the pounds. Will this new lifestye help me shed these nasty unwanted pounds and in how long?[/ :confused: thank you! :p

If you do Alissa's 30-day challenge (do you have her book - doesn't sound like it or you wouldn't have asked these questions), but I guarantee that if you do her 30-day challenge? You will lose weight. You will gain energy. You will sleep better. You will think clearer. You will gain life!
As far as in how long? That depends. Everyone is different.
My suggestion? Get her book. You will answer these and any other questions...

I call MYSELF a RAW Foodist.......Although I don't eat ANY flesh, I will wear the leftovers from the people who does.

If you consentrate on the LifeStyle of eating ALL RAW Food, all the other things in your Life will fall in Line, be it weight, depression, illness and so on.

Whatever you decide to do, do Stay ACTIVE......I think that is the NO.1 reason for weight gain, not moving enough, You MUST Move........
