Last night I made the Raw Chili that was posted earlier. Very good;however, I made too much. So, I was thinking that I would freeze the leftovers. Then I started to think about how much I enjoyed it warmed from the dehydrator, and I would love to some leftovers at work. Obviously I don't have dehydrator at work, only a microwave - EEK! How to heat? Well, I have a Food Saver where you can shrink wrap items to prevent freezer burn. What if I used the Food Saver to make individual lunches, then to heat up I could place the chili bag and all in hot water? Besides the plastic aspect, I wonder?
