Pinenuts?

Anyone know any quick and good recipes for or that require pinenuts? I have some and I dont want them to go bad, so I wanna use them up! Thanks! :confused:

Don't think pine nuts go bad very quickly (??)

I just blend them up with:

water (add as much or as little as you want, less for thick sauces and for dehydrating as cheeze)
lemon juice
fresh garlic
celtic salt
herbs to taste

I use the above for sauces over salads, in raw pastas, as a base for things like creamy tomato sauce, and as a cheeze (dry drops in the dehydrator and use in salads etc.)
