Hello! My name is Lauren and I actually just got back from an intro to raw foods class with my lovely friend Aleigh (who also is on here). I totally loved every food that we tried and was stoked about how easy it was. I'm not a vegetarian or anything but I want to start incorporating more raw foods into my diet so the transition isn't so harsh and abrupt. Good to meet you all :]
