sprouted wheat berries ?

I soaked some wheat berries and am waiting for them to sprout. I'm out of dates, I was gonna make Alissa's cinnamon toaster tarts. I'm wondering what else I could make. Any suggestions?

how about alissa's banana bread? altho i cant remember if they require dates...can u buy some more? or use raisins instead?
