Need advice on making raw cocao syrup

I asked if anyone knew how to make my raw cocao syrup creamier and you suggested that I order it from Alissa's site.. and I did and I didn't think it could get any better but it did! I thought I had died and gone to heaven!! I made strawberries dipped in raw cocao syrup. I mixed raw cocao powder w/coconut oil and lots of raw agave nector.... the strawberries were delightful!!!

I'm thinking out loud here, but thinking of somehow incorporating coconut oil/butter into it and then when it's cold, it gets harder...?

Have you tried grinding up cocao nibs in the coffee grinder? Is hers more powdery than that.

Thanks so much for advising me to get the raw cocao powder from Allisas website! IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I THOUGHT I HAD DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN!!! I made strawberries dipped in the creamy cocao syrup and they were delightful!! Thank you so much! I didn't think raw chocolate could be so good but it just got BETTER!!!!
