HI, I'm Eleanor! I'm 27 years old from St. Louis and I'm a belly dancer and martial artist (tae kwon do and aerobic kickboxing). I am married to a meat and cheezy potatoes guy, no kids but two adorable stinky dogs. More about me on my myspace page and I also have a blog type thing, but are there rules about posting websites on here? Seems like I read that somewhere but I don't remember. Anyway, I have a serious health concern that is ruining my life, but I'll post it in the appropriate forum =)

Hi. Do you ever go to Whole Foods in St Louis? I'm making a trip up Saturday. Love it!!!

Like every other day =)

When I first started I bought TONS of fresh fruit and vegetables, but they all went bad before I got a chance to make the recipes. So now I go as I need stuff, which is daily. I alternate between Whole Foods and Wild Oats, also Nutrition Stop in St. Peters. In fact, I'm supposed to go to Whole Foods today, guess I'd better get off here and do that! Have you seen their new raw food section? It's stuffed way in the back by the doors to the back room where they trample you going in and out. But hey, it's a start!

Your Life sounds so exciting, it sounds like Play rather than work but I'm on the outside. I bet you burn a lot of calories and get plenty of exercise and that is Always a Good thing.

I think RAW will take care of ALL your Health problems and any thing else you want to toss to RAW.

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW.......Welcome to MY World.....

Oh thank you =) Yes it's true, I have made it a point to centralize, channel, and use my play for good. It's true about the calories too. I am consuming probably 85-90% fat right now, and I'm only a teeny bit pudgy, hehe. (Just posted pics of my dance costume on both my sites.) I only have 5-10 pounds I'd like to ditch, but I'm ok if I don't. I've heard a lot of people say you can never lose weight eating over 10% fat or something ridiculous like that. I may not loose, but I haven't gained.
