Spiral slicer

I bought a spiral slicer from this site and there are no directions included. Can someone tell me how to make the vegetables into the circular shape like chips?

I figured out how to make strands, but not the circular shapes like for ravioli.

Hi Vegan1 -

There should be a little lever on the outside of the blade disc that changes the blade from flat to strands.

Also and this is WAY important. Be sure to score your veggies halfway (lengthways) all the way down or you will end up with one long spiral! I love mine!

you can use a mandolin for the circular shapes that ure looking for.
