Splendid Kale Salad!

I'm new here, so I hope it's okay to post another recipe site here; come to think of it, I was directed to the "from sad to raw" site myself by a link in someone else's post here, so I should be okay.

At any rate, if anyone is interest, I would like HIGHLY recommend this kale salad recipe. It was all I could do not to snarf down the whole bowl in one sitting. I found it to be most excellent, one of the best salads I've ever tasted, even before my venture into Raw.

This recipe and versions of it have been posted before. If you do a search on kale salad, you'll find instructions for shaving the kale very thinly, which to me makes it even better!

In my organic box deliver this week I got PURPLE carrots! I used them in this recipe.

I've never put the sundried tomatoes in mine...was it good?
