Are those shiritaki noodles raw?

Good question as they are a cold shipped item. Soy is fermented but I don't know about the yam/taro they include in the noodles...it's powdered so it may be dehydrated (what temp?) or freeze dried.
You'd have to check with the company who has the brand you intend to buy but mostly it is cooked. Here is a linky:
(Also called Konnyaku noodle)

I highly doubt they are raw. And they have to be cooked to be consumed anyway.
Best,

I am not sure that they are raw or not but you don't have to cook them. They just say to rinse with water.
