We've got tons of frozen bananas and was wondering if you can use them to make fruit leather. What do ya think? Has anyone tried it before?
Thanks

I think it would work. I've seen so many banana crepe recipes and I would assume that is similar or the same as fruit leather?

I agree with trinity,
I have made fruit leathers with bananas (I have some in the dehydrator as we speak), and I'm sure frozen would work just as well.

Yay! Thanks gals!
Trinity,
Yep! Same thing... except for all the goodies you put inside!
We just had banana crepes with fresh coconut and macs cream, topped with persimmon sauce! Heavenly!
