Where to buy Alissa's book in the UK?

Hi,

I would really like to buy Alissa's book but can't find it for sale anywhere in the UK, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get one from.

I've checked out Alissa's store but the shipping cost to the uk is 70 US Dollars.

I cant find it here either. Im in canada. I have search every book store locally and Nadda. I cant order on line because that requires credit card.

Sometimes folks on here get rid of it. Why? Who knows, but they do. Or sometimes folks have an extra one or two...
Maybe put out an APB (all points bulletin) here asking if anyone has an extra.

Thanks, I have emailed them to ask when they might have more in stock, but they do not know when they will be getting the book back in stock.

Hi Julie,

I got mine brand new from ebay as well -approx £40 for the book including the two recipe dvds. Keep checking! I've also seen the book on its own on the Fresh Network (UK) site. Good luck -- it's the best raw book out there, is huge and thorough, and the dvds show you exactly how to prepare lots of recipes!

Hi Julie,

Seems like there is a few of us from the UK, Im from Birmingham.

I have just bought the book direct.

What you need to do is email Jill (alissa@alissacohen.com-she is Alissa's asst), tell her Sophie advised you and ask her the total cost of the products that you want plus postage along with your address. If you try to work out the costs from the main website it is far too expensive!

I have just bought the book and dvd and spiral slicer- I cant wait for it all to arrive. Jill Estimated it would take 7-10 days.

By the way, I also sell a raw superfood supplement called 'Vital Greens' it complements the raw diet perfectly. Sounds corny but this has literally changed my life!
