free daily yoga downloads

I read in a health magazine that you can download daily yoga sessions from www.yogatoday.com. I've done several of these sessions and didn't know if anyone had shared this before.

I've set it to save three sessions at a time, so when I have a free hour and I want to do yoga, I just click and choose a session. :D

I don't really understand how to watch the yoga downloads. Day before yesterday's class worked great but today I could not get it to work. I downloaded Instant Media, but how do I get the class to play on that?
Help? :confused:
