What do you do with them? I got one, it's seeded now. So now what? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

My boyfriend eats them. I never thought about eating them, but i tried it and it's not so bad! And the seeds are probably good for you!

Yep, either eat 'em or juice them. Pom juice is sooooo good and sooooo good for you! I love them!

I loved them as a kid...come to thinkof it they were probably given to me to keep me quiet...all that work.

I add them to salads! Fruity ones and green ones....great in a greek styled salad with spinach, sweet onion, good brined olives, tomato etc...

Hi,

I love pomegranate? lately and thought I should share an easy way to seed them. I found it in a google search:

First Cut the hairyish looking end off the pomegranate, not deep but enough so you can see the seeds

Then make six vertical cuts in the sides of the pom. so they are perpendicular to the cut off top

Next soak the pom. in a pot/pan of water for like 15min-30min with the cut off end down

Finally take the pom and break it apart where you made the six cuts all under water b/c it's easier and to prevent juice from splattering. Then you can separate the membranes from the seeds underwater easily. Once everything is separated all of the membranes will float to the top and the seeds will be at the bottom and you can just scoop the membranes to dispose of and strain the water from the seeds.

I love all the ideas. I did eat a couple of the seeds and then put them in some water in the fridge so that I could maybe put them in my smoothie.

Thanks again! You guys and gals are such a wealth of information here!
