Purple Corn Chips

Hello Everyone,

I have some purple corn that I'm sprouting, but the problem is, I don't have any recipes for chips.
Can you substitute purple corn for regular corn?

Do a search (banana up top) here and get a recipe, try it and let us know. I've dehydrated some corn, then ground it and am using that in a corn chips recipe...seems to be working ;)

Well, I tried the banana search and all that I found was someone saying that her purple corn chips didn't turn out :eek: :eek:
So maybe I'll just try a corn chip recipe thats floating around here and sub regular corn with purple corn...if it dosn't turn out, well then, its a learning experiance! :D
