How do you prevent soggy crusts  ? I usually freeze/refrigerate the crust while preparing other ingredients for the time that is stated in the recipe, but it becomes soggy once the ingredients are added. My crusts are nut based.

Let sit in the dehydrator or out on the counter. Seems like moisture may be building up in the fridge, or the nut oils seperating and pooling with the extreme temp changes

I haven't tried this but I suggest - melting some coconut oil in a bowl sitting in a bowl of hot water. Then pour it over your crust. In the fridge/freezer it will solidify within a few minutes. When it goes hard it will form a protective layer between your crust and your filling.
