Hi, I am a 23 year old married mom of two children ages 3 and 1. I live in Maryland. I just started the raw diet on January 14th. I have been doing a raw orange juice diet. I have had amazing results. I have always had a problem with my sinuses and now my body is ridding itself of all of the mucus I have been struggling with. I will be fasting for 7 more days and then I want to stay raw for life! My husband said I could prepare only raw food at home and now he is scared. I am hoping that he joins me on my journey.

Hello. I am in MD. also. Carroll COunty, MD to be exact. I have been doing a master cleanse fast which I guess is a cobo of a water/juice fast since January 7th. I feel great and love the results so far. I am using the fast to clean my system out and to kick start my new healthy way of life. :D
