Welcome with4blssd. I think the easiest, cheapest and yummiest recipe is banana ice cream. You will need a food processor. All you do is freeze bananas and process them until you get smooth, soft serve ice cream. You might need to add a tiny bit of water if the processor is having a hard time. Then you can add toppings. Use the banana to search for RP's caramel sauce. It's incredible.

My son must be the most non convincing 3 year old ever lol :p

So far he has liked my raw chocolate pudding that is made with avocado.
RP'S Brownies
Any fruit sorbet made in my processor
Almond Milk
Raw pies and cakes.
Fruit platters or sauces or fruit salads.

That's about it :D

Hi and welcome!
I am 15. My favorite things to eat are fresh whole fruits. I could eat like 5 or more oranges at a time sometimes! Provide them with lots of fresh fruits. Big bunches of grapes, bananas, berries, citrus, avocados, etc. mmm. I suggest letting them eat as much fruit as they desire, even though we are all taught that we need "balanced" meals...5 bananas can be a meal ;) .
Oh and green smoothies! I love green smoothies...here are some good ones: banana-kale(might add mango), romaine-banana-strawberries, banana-dandelion green. You can make them with any fruit and leafy green mixture really. Dandelion and kale are fulllll of calcium. If they don't like the green color call it a shrek smoothie or something cute like that. I start every morning with a nice big green smoothie and I have energy all through the morning and a clear, alert mind in school. I usually put in 5+ large bananas and like 6-8 cups of greens. That's a huge smoothie but I drink it all up. I also love seaweed although my family never purchases it. Try fruits and fruits and fruits. And also some salads. I love tomatoes, cucumbers and greens with lemon juice and then I follow it up by spooning out the contents of an avocado...which is also great with lemon or lime squirted on it or some seaweed granules. ohhh I wish my mom supported raw food, then I would have all these yummy things alll the time. I am 100% raw but my diet isn't as varied as I would prefer.
Any way if your kids don't go for the plain whole foods and green smoothies you can make fruit smoothies with just banana and other fruit.
Also try blending avocado-banana-raw carob powder to make a delicious chocolate pudding. You can put this in a nut or coconut based crust for a chocolate banana cream pie. There are plenty of recipes on this forum, on websites like www.fromsadtoraw.com and www.living-foods.com , and in Alissa's book. Alissa has a wonderful book full of information.

Let us know how your children react.
