View Full Version : Is Rye (Flour) Raw?

Does anyone know if Rye flour raw? i have a bag of organic dark rye flour from Bob's Red Mill, it says it is 100% stone ground whole grain.

Many grains are heated to keep mold and such from forming...400 degrees does it...you'd have to email them and ask. Rye is especially susceptible to molds so I'm leaning toward "probably not raw".
