I don't know how I missed this part of the board, but I've been on here for a couple weeks and thought it was about time that I introduced myself. My name is Julie and I'm 25 years old. I've been pretty sick for a while-- all kinds of undiagnosable ailments, you know... I've been raw for almost a month, not completely 100% yet, but I'm close. I have 100% days but I'm not consistent yet. I'm really enjoying the board and I love Alissa's book and DVD.

im in same boat with undiagnosable stuff ,
my strategy = raw + water and juice fasts .

check in the fasting forum the thread =
misslinda and paths fasting zone .
in it ive posted some links to fasting
sites with good info if your interested .

It's means a lot to me that you both welcomed me so wholeheartedly, so I just wanted to say thank you! I am really enjoying the raw lifestyle so far and can't wait to learn even more. I'm really interested in the fasting as well, so I'll definitely check that out. Thanks so much!
