How long will sprouted wheat keep?

I tried sprouting for the first time in my life and I did some wheat berries. They sprouted beautifully but I had no idea they would "grow" so much and I don't know what to do with all of them. I've made a batch of crackers and Alissa's blueberry bread so far. Can anyone recommend a great recipe for them? Also, how long will they keep in the frig?
